Mock Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Quick Cream of Wheat
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and pour into a bread pan (greased and sprinkled with meal).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
