Butterscotch Tapioca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. Minute pearl tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    whipped cream
    bananas
    butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients until about done (6 minutes). Add the brown sugar; cook until done.
    Mix together and add the beaten eggs, milk and sugar.
    Cook until it bubbles.
    Add the vanilla.
    Brown 1 stick butter and add.
    When cold, add whipped cream, bananas and butterscotch chips.
