Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    Egg Glaze
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast into warm water.
    Let stand to dissolve.
    Heat milk (do not boil).
    In large bowl of electric mixer, combine sugar, salt and butter.
    Add heated milk.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Stir in dissolved yeast.
    Add 3 cups flour.
    Beat 5 minutes at medium speed.
    Gradually add remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board.
    Knead about 10 minutes, until no longer sticky.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover.
    Let rise until double in size (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
