Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison meat
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper them well and roll in flour.
    Brown in a small amount of oil.
    Put in pot with water (cover the birds well with water).
    Boil until tender.
    Gravy will be made from the water in pot.
    Same can be done with squirrel or rabbit.
