Hot Beef Dip (Microwave) - cooking recipe

1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced beef
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions or chives
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cut beef into small pieces; put aside.
Combine Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Microwave on Medium for 3 minutes until creamy, stirring once.
Add beef, chives and parsley and microwave 2 to 3 minutes more on Medium. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
