Lemon Cheese Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Crust: Crush graham crackers to make 1 1/2 cups fine crumbs in a Ziploc bag. Remove to bowl and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter (more melted butter if needed). Press in bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
