Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    2 c. green or red sweet pepper strips
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook beef, half at a time, in skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot oil until brown.
    Remove and set aside. Repeat until all beef is browned. In remaining oil, cook peppers and onion in the garlic powder until tender-crisp.
    Stir in gravy and Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add beef and serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
