Grandma Daigle'S Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped green onion tops
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
Preparation
    Cook meat in oil in a large pot until brown.
    Add onions, celery and bell pepper.
    Reduce heat and cook until wilted.
    Add water and add more water if needed to keep about the same amount of juice that you started with.
    Add to cooked rice and keep warm until ready to serve.
    Serves 10 to 12.
