Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunky pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
6 tsp. flour
2 c. sharp cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Mix sugar, flour and juice.
Add pineapple, butter and cheese.
Mix well.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Put crumbs on top and brown lightly.
