Cat Head Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, mixing well.
    Roll out on floured paper.
    Work in some of the dry flour.
    Make the dough into a
    loaf.
    Pinch
    off
    in pieces about the size of a small apple.
    Pat out with your hand.
    Will make a large biscuit.
