Raisin-Applesauce Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening or cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. pecans
3/4 c. applesauce
Preparation

Cream shortening or oil and sugar.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Pour into greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
