Pork Chop-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. slice potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    4 loin pork chops
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet; set aside.
    Place potatoes, onions and bell pepper in alternate layers in casserole dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine soup and milk; pour 1/2 of mixture over potatoes and onions.
    Lay chops on top; pour remaining soup mixture over all.
    Bake about 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 6
