Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Warm cottage cheese and butter over low heat.
    Mix warm water and yeast.
    Let stand.
    Beat soda, onion flakes and sugar with a fork.
    Dump all these in with egg mixture.
    Add flour.
    Let rise until doubled, 40 to 50 minutes.
    Punch down and put in 2-quart casserole and let stand 30 minutes.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 (until brown).
