Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 c. oleo
1 egg
1 c. grated raw zucchini
Preparation

Cream oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, zucchini and raisins.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
Cookies don't spread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
