Macaroni Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. macaroni
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. American Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook macaroni and place in buttered casserole.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and milk; stir slowly until it thickens and add salt and pepper.
Cut cheese into cubes and scatter over macaroni.
Cover top with bread crumbs.
Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
