Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. shortening (do not substitute oil, butter or oleo)
2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together with fork flour, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly.
