Hash Potatoes For A Gang - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of garlic powder
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Make topping by crushing 2 cups corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter to sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
This can be prepared ahead of time, placed in the refrigerator and baked prior to serving.
