Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. plain milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine sugars and flour. Add milk and beaten eggs.
Stir until thoroughly blended. Add melted margarine, vanilla and pecans.
Stir.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 375\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 2 pies.
