Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, sausage or shrimp, etc.
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. minced onion
4 eggs
2 c. cream (whipping or light)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Fry bacon and chip into pieces; place on bottom of pie shell. Top with shredded cheeses and minced onion.
Mix eggs, cream, salt, sugar and pepper together.
Pour over cheeses in pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
