German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Beat eggs until frosty.
Add oil, vanilla and sugar; beat well.
Mix dry ingredients together in another bowl; gradually mix into egg mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with butterscotch morsels and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
