Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. margarine*
1 c. milk
2 c. flour*
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar, mixing well.
Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg-sugar mixture.
Heat butter and milk, add to mixture.
Add vanilla.
Place in
large
tube
pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool before removing.
