Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 lemon (juice and rind)
Preparation

Squeeze lemon and grate rind.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into crust and bake.
Beat whites of eggs and add 3 tablespoons sugar. Brown in hot oven.
