Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    milk
    grated cheese
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook water, grits and salt until done and thick.
    Add garlic cheese and margarine.
    Let melt a minute.
    Put eggs in measuring cup; add milk to fill cup; beat.
    Add to other ingredients and stir.
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole and cover with grated cheese, then with crushed cornflakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until set and brown.
