Chicken With Artichoke(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, chopped
    2 2/3 c. chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Hellmann's light mayonnaise dressing
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Drain artichoke hearts; arrange in 8 greased ramekins or a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spread chicken on top (1/3 cup per ramekin). Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry; pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Toss bread with butter; place on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
