Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    juice of one lemon
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    deep fat (for frying)
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove bones and skin.
    Mix all ingredients except fat.
    Roll into croquettes.
    Fry in deep hot fat until brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
