Garlic And Cheese Bruschetta(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat process cream cheese
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 c. finely shredded low sodium fat Swiss cheese, divided
    1/4 c. finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced green onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    16 (1-inch) diagonally cut slices French bread, toasted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients.
    Spread cheese mixture evenly over toast slices; sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese.
    Broil for 1 1/2 minutes or until Swiss cheese melts.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Yield:
    16 servings.
