Ingredients

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
fresh or canned fruit (several types), drained, but reserve juice
cornstarch
orange juice
Preparation

Roll dough out on pizza pan and bake as package directs.
When cool, mix cream cheese and sugar together until creamy.
Spread on dough as you would sauce on pizza.
Top with fruit.
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together some orange juice, fruit juice and cornstarch; boil until thickened.
Pour over fruit as a glaze. Serves 8 to 10.
