Biscuit Mix(Serves 100) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. flour
3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. baking powder
2 Tbsp. salt
3 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together three times or blend on low speed with a mixer.
Cut or rub in shortening.
Store in a tightly covered container.
Makes 6 pounds 8 ounces.
