Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Prepare pastry.
Mix peaches and lemon juice. Stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Mix with peaches. Turn into pie dish. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Cut slits in crust. Sprinkle with sugar.
Cover edges of crust with aluminum foil to prevent too much browning. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Makes a 9-inch pie.
