Baked Apricots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 lb.) cans peeled apricots, drained
    1 small box Ritz crackers
    1 box brown sugar
    1 to 2 sticks butter
Preparation
    In greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, place apricot halves next to each other forming a bottom layer.
    Cover with brown sugar, generously.
    Then cover with crumbled Ritz crackers and dot generously with butter.
    Repeat process for second layer.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for one hour to one and a half hours.
    Should be nice and brown on top.
    Nice to serve as side dish for ham or pork roast.
