Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 celery stalks chopped
    1 large can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes with juice
    1 lb. raw beef cubes, cut in bite size pieces
    5 large potatoes, cut in pieces
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    In bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, place the ingredients in the order listed.
    Sprinkle tapioca over all and season to taste. Cover and place in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
