Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    4 to 6 boneless pork chops
    Cheddar cheese
    Durkee onions
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet about 10 minutes or until browned. Mix potatoes (thawed), soup and sour cream and make a layer in a buttered casserole dish.
    Lay the pork chops on this and cover with more of the potato mixture.
    Pat onions on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    If potatoes get brown, then cover for the last 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top before serving.
