Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar salsa
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, rice and onion.
    Form into 1-inch round balls and place in a well-greased casserole dish.
    Mix the soup with the salsa and pour over the meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
