Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Sift flour with the salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Add to first mixture and bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Drop by teaspoon. Frost with sour cream icing.
