Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can Carnation milk
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown onion and butter.
    Mix with all other ingredients.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Can also add leftover ham or chicken.
