Sour Cream Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef or veal roast
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced onion
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. beef stock
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in Dutch oven.
    Brown meat and saute onions.
    Stir in sour cream stock, dill weed, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Cover and simmer 2 or 3 hours.
