Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green chilies
    1 lb Monterey jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c milk
    2 Tbsp flour
    5 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Combine chilies and cheese and put in bottom of oiled dish. Mix rest of ingredients in blender, pour over chilies, filling dish halfway.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
