P.R. Mallory Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain grease.
    Add tomato soup and simmer 10 minutes.
    Boil macaroni until tender.
    To ground beef, add Velveeta and drained mushrooms.
    Drain macaroni and add to ground beef mixture.
    Place in casserole dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
