Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 cans beef bouillon
    1 large can mushrooms
    4 green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Saute chopped celery and green onions in butter or margarine until tender.
    Drain mushrooms and chop.
    In a large casserole dish, mix celery, onions, rice, beef bouillon and mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
