Zucchini And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook spinach.
    Add nutmeg and set aside. Combine zucchini, water, margarine and salt.
    Steam in skillet 5 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Mix cheeses, layer spinach, zucchini mixture and cheeses.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Makes 3 cups.
    One-half cup = 1 fat; 1 vegetable; calories 102; protein 8 gram; fat 6 gram.
