Chopped Beef Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    sliced fresh tomatoes
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Saute
    zucchini,
    onions
    and green pepper in margarine until tender.
    Stir
    in parsley as desired.
    Saute separately chopped beef and stir until browned evenly.
    Season with salt, pepper
    and thyme.
    Layer
    1/2
    of
    vegetable\tmixture in low baking
    dish. Cover
    with thin layer of sliced tomatoes, then with 1/2
    of
    meat mixture.
    Repeat layers until all is used, making last layer vegetables and tomatoes.
    Top with a mixture of 1/2
    cup coarsely grated bread crumbs, 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
    and 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until browned.
