Chicken Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch strips
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken in flour mixture. Mix together the eggs and milk. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with butter. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until no longer pink in center. Serve with ketchup, barbecue sauce, hot sauce or Ranch dressing.
