Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. fresh rosemary, snipped or 1 1/2 tsp. dried, crushed
    2 tsp. fresh thyme, snipped or 1/2 tsp. dried, crushed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, in one layer, adding any of oil mixture left in bowl. Bake uncovered in a 450\u00b0 oven about 25 minutes or until brown and tender.
