Pineapple Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 eggs, separate whites and save
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together and beat well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
