Macaroni And Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. elbow macaroni
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
2 to 3 stalks celery
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. chopped green olives
1 can drained tuna
2 to 3 Tbsp. red vinegar
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook macaroni, drain and pour red vinegar over hot macaroni. Cut up all but one egg.
Add eggs, celery, onions, parsley, olives and tuna.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add enough mayonnaise to moisten thoroughly.
Chill in refrigerator.
Place in pretty salad bowl.
Slice remaining hard-boiled egg on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
