Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    4 large carrots (approximately 3 c. grated)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
