Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 - 3/4 oz. water packed artichoke hearts drained & finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 - 3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. mayo
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, spread in oven proof serving dish.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
Serve with assorted crackers.
Best made a day ahead.
