Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix the cabbage and salt; let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze moisture from cabbage.
    Add carrot and green pepper.
