Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
3 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda in a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add eggs, orange peel and orange juice all at once. Stir just until mixture is evenly moist. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
