Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. milk
cinnamon
brown sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and sugar together.
Then add dry yeast. Melt butter.
Add water and milk.
The water and milk need to be lukewarm.
Mix together liquid and dry mixture.
Let set approximately 1 1/2 hours in greased pan to rise.
